Homework from today is dealing with replacement sets of ordered pairs and deciding whether or not they are apart of our solution set.
Pg 215 14,15 and 16 from the text book
Remember that the numbers can be placed into the spots of x and y in the equation and then worked to see if they give you a true statement. If they give you a true statement then it is apart of your replacement set.
Students may also solve for y and graph the equation then hit 2nd and graph for a table which they should check their replacement set pairs against to decide which ones are truely solutions.
Remember also that your coordinate pairs are (X,Y)
